My breakfast was wide ranging and superb with meat and the preserves, for example. My twin room was unique with terrace.

I enjoyed staying in this great and absolutely charming hotel based in a chic building. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, balcony plus a large bathtub and the location was brilliant! A michelin star rated restaurant for dinner was an advantage.

We liked the elegant, modern design of the hotel, while the historic character of the place was being preserved. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and inquiries. The facilities were good and in house there is an excellent restaurant.

The hotel is situated on a top location in the center. The surroundings area are quiet and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel and rooms are design and minimal decorated. The hotel has recently opened. This 5 star hotel is missing a tea and coffee machine in the room. The TV has only spanish channels (no CNN, no BBC news). During our stay, the hotelrestaurant is taken into use, but you will use the many other restaurants in the area. Breakfast can also be in direct surroundings and cheaper and cozier. Staff is very common. Rooms are spacious and clean. Altogether a must and a good price/quality ratio.

Very upscale, nicely appointed in room and throughout hotel, breakfast was excellent (though expensive); the bed was unusually comfortable, nice touches like a complimentary mini-bar
a minor quibble is that the room was designed with such a modern flair that it was a little "cold" in feel

The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. Everyone was lovely. The service was brilliant throughout our stay. Besides, we have parked nearby. It was in an unbeatable location, walk from a hop on/off bus. Had tea and goodies at Horchateria Santa Catalina, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Comfortable bed and luxury bathroom toileteries. The food in the Restaurant was superb. Wonderful staff.
We had the suite and the lighting was a bit too subtle! Quite surprised there was no full length mirror.

The hotel was in a brilliant location, down a characterful side-street close to the cathedral. The beds were extremely comfortable; the breakfast was very good; the staff were generally extremely helpful: if we asked for something, it arrived immediately.
The minimalist design was pretentious; lighting in the bedroom was poor, and we had to ask for reading lights to be supplied; the black staircase down to the breakfast room posed a real safety hazard.

Unexpected luxury in historic Valencia
The hotel is a hidden gem, boasting striking historical designs that harmonize with modern luxury. Each day began with complimentary mini-bar refreshments and good treats.
The layout of the open shower and bathtub did lead to a wet floor were great. A simple glass partition could have resolved this.

We loved the look of the Hotel, lovely design ideas, the staff were very helpful and attentive and provided lovely nice touches to make us feel special. The room was great and the location was fantastic, only a short walk to all the old town areas, but tucked away in a very quiet side road. We would happily return to the Hotel and recommend it to our friends and family
If there was anything it was that certain parts of our room were dark, especially the black interior of the wardrobe and cupboards, and although there were complimentary soft drinks and nibbles in the room we would have loved the opportunity to make a hot drink in our room after a long day trekking around the wonderful city

The design of the hotel, staff were very friendly, and the hotel room was beautiful.

I was disappointed with the poor bathroom lighting. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was inconvenient, as I had to call the reception for a cup. The breakfast pricing was outrageous. Spending over €50 for basic items on our anniversary seemed like a rip-off.
